Team
Elijah Antflick
Prior to founding Ripple in 2018 Elijah gained valuable exposure to all facets of the real estate development industry at a mid-size commercial development company. Over the course of his 11 years in various all-access roles, Elijah was hands on evaluating and underwriting acquisitions, stickhandling the entitlement process, negotiating leases and sales, and structuring debt and equity financing.
In addition to leading the growth at Ripple Developments, Elijah oversees his family office portfolio with exposure to real estate, private equity, and marketable securities.
Elijah obtained a BComm degree from Dalhousie University and an MBA degree from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. Elijah currently serves as a board member of the Israel Tennis and Education Centers and a board member at York Racquets Club.
Zach Roher
Zach Roher joined Ripple to acquire undervalued real estate and to execute on a well-rounded strategy to maximize shareholder value. Most recently, he worked at Berkshire Axis Development where he gained extensive insight into a variety of different developments, primarily in industrial condominium conversion and new construction multi-tenant industrial.
At Ripple, Zach assists in overseeing the acquisition, asset management, and sales of each project. Zach obtained a BComm degree from the University of Guelph’s Real Estate program and is currently a board member of Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre.
